1. INTRODUCTION

STELLAXE ("the Game", "the App") is developed and published by PLEYRA Studio ("PLEYRA", "we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is accessed or processed when you play STELLAXE, how it is used, and the choices you have. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

STELLAXE is designed to be privacy friendly: it requires no account, no login, and no personal sign-up, and it is fully playable offline.

1. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not ask for, collect, or store:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address (unless you voluntarily email our support).
• Account credentials. The Game has no user accounts.
• Your precise or background location.
• Your photos, contacts, calendar, microphone, or camera.
• Health, financial, or biometric data.

1. INFORMATION PROCESSED TO RUN THE GAME

• Game progress and settings (waves cleared, cards, upgrades, gems, audio and accessibility preferences) are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. Deleting the Game removes it.
• We operate no servers that store personal profiles about you.

1. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)

The Game is free and is supported by ads delivered through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To select, deliver, and measure ads, AdMob may process:

• A device advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you grant permission (see ATT below).
• Your IP address and the coarse, non-precise region derived from it.
• General device information (device model, operating system version, language) and ad interaction data (such as whether an ad was viewed or completed).

On first launch, Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asks whether the Game may track you across apps and websites owned by other companies:

• If you allow, ads may be personalized.
• If you decline, you still see ads, but they are non-personalized, and the Game works exactly the same.

Google processes this data as an independent controller under its own policies:

1. IN-APP PURCHASES (APPLE)

STELLAXE offers optional in-app purchases (gem packs and one-time unlock packs). All payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment card, billing address, or Apple ID password. Apple provides us only an anonymous confirmation that a purchase succeeded so we can deliver the purchased items. 1. GAME CENTER (OPTIONAL)

If you choose to use Apple Game Center, your scores and achievements are submitted to leaderboards under your Game Center identity, which is managed by Apple. This is optional and controlled by your iOS Game Center settings. We do not receive your real name or Apple ID. Game Center data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

1. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

The limited information described above is used only to:

• Run, maintain, and improve core gameplay on your device.
• Display and measure advertising (via Google AdMob).
• Deliver in-app purchases and provide support you request.

We do not use the information for profiling unrelated to advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

1. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Google AdMob, solely to display and measure ads, as described above.
• Apple, for in-app purchases and the optional Game Center feature.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights.

1. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Because game data is stored locally and we maintain no account, you can delete all Game data at any time by deleting the App. Any data held by Google or Apple is retained and deleted according to their own policies. To make a request related to data we may control, contact us at the email below.

1. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND RIGHTS

• Advertising identifier / tracking: change your choice anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Purchases: restore previous non-consumable purchases from the Game's Settings ("Restore Purchases").
• Local data: delete everything by deleting the App.

Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, the United Kingdom, or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because we do not maintain accounts or server-side personal profiles, most requests can be satisfied through the device settings above; for anything else, contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

1. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

STELLAXE is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

1. INTERNATIONAL USERS

The Game is operated from Turkiye and may be used worldwide. Service providers such as Google and Apple may process data in countries other than your own, under the safeguards described in their respective policies.

1. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
